1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All deposits are processed in real-time or near-real-time, with funds typically appearing in your account balance within 1-5 minutes for mobile wallet transactions and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source and potential account closure. 33bd4 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership, including screenshots of mobile wallet accounts or bank statements, to verify the source of deposited funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit interface. 33bd4 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Deposits made with the intention of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purposes will result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard by selecting your preferred withdrawal method and entering the amount you wish to withdraw. 33bd4 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, alternative methods may be requested, subject to verification requirements.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet your bonus amount or combined deposit plus bonus amount before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be entirely excluded.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated betting with other users to circumvent wagering requirements, or betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus conditions without genuine gameplay, is strictly prohibited. 33bd4 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements. 6. Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

33bd4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect violation of these terms, illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonus funds forfeited, and withdrawal requests canceled. Real money balances from genuine deposits and legitimate winnings may be returned after completion of fraud investigations and verification processes, at our sole discretion.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds or forfeit them. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period, typically ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion depending on your selection.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited during the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the 33bd4 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. By accepting these terms, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days through negotiation, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You agree to pursue claims individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or collective arbitration proceedings.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bd4 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No amendment to these terms shall be effective unless made in writing and published on the 33bd4 website.

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. 33bd4 may assign or transfer these terms and any associated rights to any affiliated entity or third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets without your consent.
